Troubleshooting: First, I will determine if the problem with your computer is either hardware or software. If it is hardware I can quickly determine the failed component(s) and I will recommend the best solution. If it is software we can discuss the best approach to take to fix your issue.
Hardware Installs: I can supply the hardware and install it in your laptop or desktop properly. I will then provide the proper and up to date drivers and thorough testing for the new hardware. Price = Cost of hardware + $40 Install fee.
System Optimization: Clean up your computer so it’s running at its full potential. This includes removal of viruses, spyware and malware. As well as improving the startup speed of your computer and overall responsiveness. Price = $60
Computer Training: I will come to your place at your convenience and teach you anything you want to know. From basic windows training to setting up email accounts. Make an appointment today. Price = $40/Hour
Software Installs: Any software you need installed from anti-virus to Microsoft office I have you covered. Price = $20
Windows Installs: Includes total system back up of all your important data. A zero-fill of your hard drive, followed by a format, and fresh install of windows. All proper and up to date drivers installed as well as all windows security updates to keep your computer safe. Price = $100
